It is your responsibility to read them carefully and to understand all applicable laws and regulations before engaging in any services or using any products. This agreement is between MirrorADA Copy Trade Limited (the "Company") and any individual or legal entity registered on our website (the "Partner") who has expressly accepted these Terms.
MirrorADA Copy Trade is an innovative social-and-copy-trading service. When MirrorADA Copy Trade ingests verified buy/sell signals from approved traders, our system:

Mobile & Web Use: Trading via mobile wallets or browsers (Eternl, Nami, Vespr, Yoroi) depends on wireless networks. MirrorADA Copy Trade disclaims liability for any loss or damage due to connectivity issues.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. MirrorADA Copy Trade is not responsible for content, accuracy, or any outcome from sites you visit via our links.
If you have a dispute regarding top-ups or any other matter, please contact our support team promptly. If we cannot resolve it amicably, you agree to arbitrate in the jurisdiction where MirrorADA Copy Trade Limited is registered.
Any applicable taxes on withdrawals will be withheld and remitted in accordance with local laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of MirrorADA Copy Trade Limited's registration.
In any dispute, each party bears its own legal costs.
The official language of this agreement is English. In case of any translation discrepancies, the English version prevails.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for suspected abuse, fraud, DDoS attacks, or any behavior harming our platform's integrity. You and any referenced trader will bear full responsibility for any consequences.

This "Privacy Policy" clearly states how we collect, use, process and disclose your information, including personal information in respect of your access to and use of MirrorADA Copy Trade and its payment services.
In this policy, "MirrorADA Copy Trade", "we" or "our" refers to MirrorADA Copy Trade Limited, the one responsible for your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Upon using MirrorADA Copy Trade, you are asked to provide the following personal information about you. Such information is necessary for the successful execution of the contract between you and us and to enable us to fulfill our own legal obligations. When you sign up for a MirrorADA Copy Trade account, you are asked to provide your user nickname, mobile phone number, email address, password, profile picture and other information for verification.
Information for identity verification. To build trust within our services, we may collect information for identity verification (such as a government-issued ID photo, passport, national identity card, or legally mandated driver's license) or other verification information.
Information for payment. In order to use certain functions of MirrorADA Copy Trade (such as subscription services), we may ask you to provide certain financial information (such as information on your bank account or credit card) to facilitate the payment processing. When you interact with MirrorADA Copy Trade or communicate with other members via MirrorADA Copy Trade, we would collect your contact information and any other information that you allow to provide.
You may provide us with additional personal information for a better user experience when using MirrorADA Copy Trade. This additional information will be processed based on your voluntary consent.
Additional profile information. You may choose to provide additional personal data information as part of your personal data (such as name, gender, preferred language, date of birth and personal description). The above information is displayed in your account settings, some of which will be made public to other users so they know who you are.
Information on transaction risk management: you can provide a risk management strategy that you use in your trading accounts to give others a better understanding of how you trade.
Other information: You may also provide us with other information when filling out registration forms, posting content on social forums, participating in promotions or using other features of MirrorADA Copy Trade.
The department responsible for data management collects all the required information to arrange for payment, assuring it adheres to the privacy policy and relevant laws (such as anti-money laundering regulations) in accordance with international law. Without such information, you shall not be able to use our payment services.
Information for payment. When you use a payment service, the department of data management requires certain financial information (such as information on your bank account or credit card) for payment processing and the observation of relevant laws.
Information for verification. If you are a service provider, the department of data management may request identity verification information (such as a government-issued ID photo, passport, national identity card or driver's license) or other verification information, your date of birth, address, email address, Phone number and other information to verify your identity, providing you with payment services while complying with relevant laws.
When you use MirrorADA Copy Trade and payment services, we automatically collect information about the services you use and how they are used, including your personal information. We base on our legitimate interests to provide and improve MirrorADA Copy Trade functions and payment services. Such information is necessary to ensure your best experience when using our services as well as fulfulling our legal obligations.
Information about your location: When you use certain MirrorADA Copy Trade functions, we may collect your precise or approximate location information derived from your IP address or GPS data on your mobile device to provide you with a better user experience. Most mobile devices allow you to control or disable your apps' use of location services in your device's setting menu. Even if you are not using the app, MirrorADA Copy Trade may collect this information if your device setting or permission allows this connection.
Information use: We will collect information about your interaction with MirrorADA Copy Trade, such as the pages you view or other contents, the categories of the services you seek, and your other activities on MirrorADA Copy Trade.

Information on your payment transaction. The payment institutions of MirrorADA Copy Trade will collect the information about your payment transaction on MirrorADA Copy Trade, including the payment instrument used, date and time, payment amount, effective date of the payment instrument and postal code, PayPal email address, IBAN information, your address and related transaction details. Such information is necessary for the successful execution of the contract between you and us and the provision of payment services.
MirrorADA Copy Trade and its payment units may collect information about you (including personal information) provided by other parties when you use MirrorADA Copy Trade and its payment services, or obtain information from other channels and communicate with us via MirrorADA Copy Trade and Integrated payment services. We will not control, monitor or respond to how the third party which provides your information handles your personal data or any requests for disclosing and directly sending them your personal information that you submitted to us.
Third party services. If you link your MirrorADA Copy Trade account to a third-party service (such as Google, Facebook) or use a third party service to log in to your MirrorADA Copy Trade account, the related third party service may send us your registration information in the service and profile information. Information may vary between services and is controlled by the related service or authorized by you in the security settings of the related service.
Information about the trading account of the third-party platform. If you connect a third-party trading account to MirrorADA Copy Trade, you will allow MirrorADA Copy Trade to obtain information about your trading account on the third-party platform (such as broker information, account name, read-only passwords, transaction data, etc.).
Information about user behaviour is collected by third party tools. For instance: Using third-party statistical tools to collect information about your mouseclick behavior, browsing behavior and retention time in MirrorADA Copy Trade.
Other sources. When permitted by current legal regulations, we may obtain additional information about you, such as demographic data or fraud detection information, from third party service providers and/or partners, at the same time combine it with your Information Integration. For instance: We may use your background check information results (with your consent where necessary) or fraud alerts from service providers (identity verification services) to prevent fraud and assess the level of risk. We may obtain your information and information about your activities inside and outside of MirrorADA Copy Trade through our partners.
We use, store and process your information (including personal information) to provide, understand, improve and develop MirrorADA Copy Trade, create and maintain a reliable and secure environment while complying with our legal obligations.
We process this information based on the legitimate interests of improving MirrorADA Copy Trade and the member experience, interests necessary to carry out the contract with you.
Based on your interaction with MirrorADA Copy Trade, your personal profile information and other content you submit to MirrorADA Copy Trade, as well as information obtained from our third parties, we may conduct an analysis of user behaviour related the aforementioned activities. In some cases, if the automatic process detects a member or activity that we believe to be posing a security or other risk to MirrorADA Copy Trade, other members or our third parties, the automatic process shall restrict or block the access to MirrorADA Copy Trade of such member or activity.
This information is processed based on good motives to protect MirrorADA Copy Trade's interests and review our work to be certain our contract with you is being properly executed and our legal duties are completely fulfilled.
Given that we have our legitimate interests to carry out marketing activities and provide you with your preferred products or services, we will process your personal information for the purposes mentioned herein. Follow the instructions on unsubscription included in our marketing information or change the notification settings in your MirrorADA Copy Trade account, you may opt out of receiving our marketing communications.
The payment data controller processes this information based on the legitimate interest of improving payment services and user experience, which is necessary for the complete execution of the contract with you and compliance with the law.
With your consent, we may share your information (including your personal information) as directed by your consent, such as when you allow third-party apps or websites to access your MirrorADA Copy Trade account, or when you join MirrorADA Copy Trade in promoting activities carried out by our partners or third parties.

When you share and exchange information via our products, it will be made public to other users. Other people in your network will also see the actions you take in our products.

Other users of MirrorADA Copy Trade and we may make such public information available or provide access to such information to anyone inside or outside of our products, including via our products, search engines or other MirrorADA Copy Trade tools and APIs. Public information may also be viewed, accessed, shared, or downloaded through third-party services such as search engines, APIs, applications, websites, and other services that integrate with our products.
Share with others or reshare about yourself
If others can see your activity in our products, they may also share them with others through our products or other means.
Other users may also use our product to create content about you and share that content. If you are unhappy with the information about you that others share in our products, you can learn how to report it.
You may publicize your information (including your personal information) on MirrorADA Copy Trade, for example:
Reveal the contents of your public profile page (such as your description and city) to others.
Open a public service project page to the public, including the following information: approximate geographic location (building and city) or precise location of the foundation or residential experience (with your consent), public profile photo, and any other information you choose to share.
If you share your contents within your communities, on forums, blogs or social media, or use similar features on MirrorADA Copy Trade, the related contents will be made public.
Based on our legitimate interests when promoting MirrorADA Copy Trade, we may display part of MirrorADA Copy Trade's content on websites operated by MirrorADA Copy Trade's business partners by using widgets or APIs and other technologies.
Information you share publicly on MirrorADA Copy Trade may be indexed by third-party search engines. We do not control the actual operation of third-party search engines, and they may use a cache of your out-of-date information.

MirrorADA Copy Trade uses various third party service providers to help us provide MirrorADA Copy Trade services and payment services.
For example, service providers can help us:
(i) verify or authenticate your identity
(ii) examine information against public databases
(iii) help us perform background examinations, police investigations, fraud prevention and risk assessments
(iv) develop our products, maintain and debug
(v) provide MirrorADA Copy Trade services via third-party software and platforms (e.g. via the integration with our API)
(vi) provide customer services, advertising or payment services.
To perform these tasks on our behalf, such service providers have limited access to your information and are contractually obliged to protect it and only use your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
MirrorADA Copy Trade and our payment service providers need to share your information (including your personal information) to ensure that the agreement between us and you is fully executed.
As permitted by the law, we may use a limited amount of your personal information (such as your email address) to learn and share it with social media platforms (such as Facebook or Google) to attract more potential customers and increase visits to our website, or promote our products and services or MirrorADA Copy Trade. Under the jurisdictions where MirrorADA Copy Trade requires the collection and payment of resident tax, if permitted by the law, we may disclose to the relevant tax authorities the data on the service providers and users and their transactions, including but not limited to the names of service providers and service customers, date and amount of the transaction, tax identification number and service provider, tax received (or must collect) from the service recipient, and contact information without further notice.
Under the jurisdictions where MirrorADA Copy Trade requires service providers to register, notify, obtain a license or apply for a license through MirrorADA Copy Trade from local government authorities in accordance with the local law, we may regularly (if any) share information about our service providers, such as their full names and contact information, tax codes, service item details, etc. during and after submitting the application to relevant agencies.
If MirrorADA Copy Trade participates in or is involved in any merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, bankruptcy or insolvency event, we may sell, transfer or share some or all of our assets, including those associated with such transactions or information about you. MirrorADA Copy Trade may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as third-party integrations, cooperative branding services, or third-party branding services ("third-party partners"). MirrorADA Copy Trade does not own or control these third-party partners. When you interact with them, you may directly provide either them or MirrorADA Copy Trade with your information, or both. In respect of the collection, use and disclosure of information, these third-party partners have their own rules. It is important for you to check the privacy policies of other websites you visit.
You may contact us to exercise any of the rights described in this article before applying the MirrorADA Copy Trade data controller and related payment data controller. Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before taking further action on your request.

To fulfill our legal obligations, we may retain and use your personal information. For example, the payment entities of MirrorADA Copy Trade and MirrorADA Copy Trade may retain some of your information for tax obligations, legal reports and audits.
Even if your MirrorADA Copy Trade account is deleted, the information you have shared with others may still be publicly visible on MirrorADA Copy Trade. In addition, some copies of your information (such as login records) may be kept in our database, but will be distinguished with a personal identity number.

To facilitate our global operation, MirrorADA Copy Trade may transfer, store and process your information within the company or with service providers. The laws of these countries may differ from the laws that apply to where you live.
We will continue to implement and update physical security, technical and management practices to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, damage or alteration. Some of the security measures we use to protect your information are firewalls, data encryption, and information access control. If you know or have reason to believe that your MirrorADA Copy Trade account information has been lost, stolen, appropriated or hacked under any other forms, or any actual or suspected MirrorADA Copy Trade account appropriation happens, please contact us.
MirrorADA Copy Trade reserves the right to amend this "Privacy Policy" at any time in accordance with the provisions of this article. If we make amendments to this "Privacy Policy", we will post the latest amended version of the "Privacy Policy" on MirrorADA Copy Trade and present the "last updated" date at the top of the "Privacy Policy". We will also email you a notice of the change at least thirty (30) days before the effective date. If you do not agree with the changed "Privacy Policy", you can sign out of your account. If you do not delete your account before the amended "Privacy Policy" takes effect, your continued access to or use of MirrorADA Copy Trade will be subject to the changed "Privacy Policy".
